At CCC we have daily and weekly yoga offerings in our beautiful wood floored studio.

Some basic offerings are included with membership some are additional cost offerings to membership..

Pole Fitness

At CCC we partnered with Lilith Pole & Aerial to offer some of the best pole instruction in the PNW.

We have a beautiful state of the art 8 pole studio with daily offerings.
